SO WHAT is the fitting nickname for South Waterfront, a Portland neighborhood that was born from scrap yard to become an oasis of futuristic architecture. South Waterfront has had to fight to create its own soul. Now with the ICE protest and negative attention it is about time people show some love and just say, yeah, I like it, SO WHAT.
